Just a couple of reminders…

Coolers will be shut down in a little over a week, Monday November 2nd through Tuesday November 3rd.

On November 2nd, 2020 Inspections will begin approximately 9:00AM. As part of the safety inspection we will be checking smoke alarms and looking for plumbing leaks, inspecting and lighting the furnaces and performing the termite inspections. Please make sure your unit is accessible.

If you will not be home for the inspection then you will need to make sure arrangements have been made to have someone there, or that the Board has a key to your unit. If you are unavailable please let us know if you want your heater pilot left on otherwise we will have them turn them off after testing. If you miss the safety inspection you will need to contact GNC to reschedule and you will be responsible for the cost of the special return trip.

We know this can be somewhat of an inconvenience and greatly appreciate your cooperation so these inspections may be carried out quickly and successfully.

**If you had your evaporative cooler started this year, your cooler cost sharing is due in full by December 31. We have a number of units still owing. For your convenience you can drop these payments off with Louise in Unit D 11.

Also, please be courteous of your neighbors and keep night-time noise down. This week again we had complaints of loud music after midnight. We ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm – 6am to not disturb neighbors.

And watch for signs, we will be decorating for Christmas in November. Our lights usually go on the Friday after Thanksgiving, and we always welcome extra hands to get our community looking festive.

As always thank you to all our amazing volunteers, we appreciate all you do!
