You will see a separate email today, showing the approved 2021 budget as well as a letter advising there will be no increase in our monthly carrying charge. The letter is also available on our website under documents.
Our laundry rooms now have updated machines and you can now pay on a smart phone app! Our machines still accept quarters for those who prefer to pay in cash. As a reminder, our courtyard gates do not automatically close, so please make sure you close and latch them shut when you go thru. Our neighbors next to the gates appreciate if they are closed and not slammed shut.
The library has become popular in our community and we have exciting news. We will be adding DVD movies very soon that you can borrow from our library! Please feel free to add movies if you’d like.
As this year comes to an end, we want to thank everyone for working so hard to make Co-op 2 the best co-op! We couldn’t do all we do without our amazing volunteers that continue to do so much. Thank you ❤
